Greg Hoffmann serves as Principal & Chief Executive Officer to Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate. In addition, Mr. Hoffmann sits on the Board of Directors of Osprey Capital, the parent company to Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate, and its portfolio companies, including, Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate, DHR International, Jobplex, Peregrine Capital and Orange Line Oil.

Mr. Hoffmann also serves on the strategy and investment committees of Osprey Capital and is principally responsible for all “First Look” investment opportunities as well as operations of the firm.

Mr. Hoffmann launched his career with Osprey Capital and has helped the company grow substantially since he first started. Mr. Hoffmann assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer to Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate in 2017 and continues to regularly work with the senior management teams of Osprey’s portfolio companies in addition to his duties at Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate.

Mr. Hoffmann is routinely featured and quoted in notable business publications, including Chicago Tribune and Crain’s Business. Mr. Hoffmann has received high notoriety for his most recent investments in The Crossing at Beaver Creek Ski Resort, The Olde Town District of Naples, FL and The North Shore of Chicago.

Mr. Hoffmann graduated with distinguished honors from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Mathematics and from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management with a Masters of Business Administration in Finance.
