The FNB Financial Center is a 26-story, roughly 550,000-square-foot Class A office tower in Pittsburgh’s Lower Hill, developed on the former Civic Arena site — the city’s first multi-tenant office tower downtown in 40 years. Designed by Gensler and built by Buccini Pollin Group, it offers 400,000+ square feet of office space, 20,000 square feet of retail, floor-to-ceiling windows, and LEED Gold certification. The project was a public-private partnership among F.N.B. Corporation, the Pittsburgh Penguins, and Buccini Pollin Group.
