A new chapter is unfolding in Estero, Florida: internationally acclaimed golf course architect Kyle Phillips has been selected to design the Hoffmann family a heathland-style course for a premier, golf-only private club on the grounds of the former Old Corkscrew Golf Club. Pandion Club is in the initial stages of its buildout and development, and early projections call for an opening in late 2027. Pandion was chosen because it is the scientific name for osprey, the majestic bird of prey often seen above or nesting on Florida’s coastlines, rivers, and estuaries.
